Saturday Night Demonstration Classes: 7:00 - 9:00 PM on select Saturday nights.
These classes are geared toward the culinary enthusiast who wants to know where their food is sourced from, how to prepare it artfully and wants to enjoy a delightful pre-fixe meal with like-minded food lovers. Tips will be shared for sourcing, cooking and serving local food. Chef demonstration of select menu items. Class fee is $35 and includes dinner overlooking Lake Pepin.
